Important Notice: By booking services with Kingdom Green Cleaning, you agree to the terms and policies outlined in this guide. Please review before your first appointment.

• Service Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Service Area: Jacksonville, FL & surrounding areas

• Pricing: Based on square footage, condition, and service type

• Payment: Due within 24 hours of service

• Cancellation Policy:

  • 7+ days: No fee

  • 24–48 hours: 50% fee

  • Less than 24 hours: 100% fee

• Lockout Fee: $50 + full-service cost if we cannot access the property

SERVICES WE OFFER

We tailor each service based on your space and needs.

Standard Cleaning

Routine cleaning for maintenance:

• Dusting

• Surface cleaning

• Kitchen & bathroom cleaning

• Floor care

• Light trash removal (small bags only)

🔸 We do NOT remove large items, bulk trash, furniture, or heavy debris.

Deep Cleaning

More detailed and intensive cleaning:

• Baseboards, buildup removal

• Hard-to-reach areas

• Extra attention to kitchens & bathrooms

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

• Empty unit full cleaning

• Inside cabinets, appliances, and closets

Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Cleaning

• Turnover cleaning

• Reset and presentation-ready finish

Commercial Cleaning

• Offices and small businesses

• Customized based on property needs

Carpet Cleaning (Steam Cleaning)

Professional carpet cleaning using steam cleaning (hot water extraction):

• Deep dirt and stain removal

• Odor reduction

• Safe for most carpet types

🔸 Recommended for move-outs, deep cleans, and high-traffic areas.

PRICING

All pricing is customized based on:

• Square footage

• Condition of the property

• Type of service requested

• Level of detail required

Important: Heavily soiled or unprepared spaces may require additional time and cost.

APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING

Confirmation

We may confirm your appointment prior to service. If we do not receive a response, the appointment will proceed as scheduled.

Arrival Window

We aim to arrive on time, but slight delays may occur due to traffic or previous jobs. We will notify you if needed.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that plans change. However, last-minute cancellations affect our schedule.

• 7+ days notice: No fee

• 24–48 hours: 75% of service cost

• Less than 24 hours: 100% of service cost

🔸 Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

LOCKOUT / NO ACCESS POLICY

To complete your service, we must have access to the property.

If we are unable to enter:

• $50 lockout fee applies

• 100% of the service cost will be charged

✔ Please provide access details at least 24 hours in advance.

PREPARING FOR YOUR CLEANING

To ensure the best results:

✔ Declutter surfaces and floors
✔ Secure fragile or valuable items
✔ Provide access instructions
✔ Keep pets in a safe area

 Excess clutter may limit what we can clean and may increase service time.

PETS POLICY (Safety & Responsibility)

We love pets and understand they are part of your family 🐾
However, for the safety of your pets and our team, the following policy applies:

Client Responsibilities

✔ Pets must be secured or kept in a safe area during the cleaning

✔ Please inform us in advance if pets will be present in the home
✔ Provide any special instructions regarding your pet’s behavior

Safety Guidelines

• Aggressive, anxious, or unpredictable pets must be contained before our arrival
• Pets should not interfere with cleaning equipment (vacuums, tools, etc.)
• For safety reasons, our team cannot chase, handle, or restrain pets

Service Limitations

• If a pet prevents us from safely completing our work, we may:
  • Pause the service
  • Skip affected areas
  • Reschedule the appointment

 In these cases, full or partial service charges may still apply

Liability

• Kingdom Green Cleaning is not responsible for pets that escape during service
• We are not liable for pet-related incidents unless caused by negligence
• Clients assume responsibility for securing their pets properly

Additional Conditions

• Homes with excessive pet hair, odors, or buildup may require:
  • Additional time
  • Additional charges

PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment is due within 24 hours after service

• Accepted methods may include:

  • Zelle

  • Cash

  • Card (if applicable)

 Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation of future appointments.

QUALITY & SATISFACTION

Your satisfaction matters to us.

• Please report any issues within 24 hours

• We will do our best to resolve concerns promptly

• We stand behind the quality of our work

WHAT WE DO NOT CLEAN

For safety reasons, we do not handle:

 - Biohazards
 - Mold removal
 - Pest infestations
 - Hazardous materials                                                                                                               - Large trash or bulk item removal

LIABILITY

While we take great care in your space:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage

• Fragile or unsecured items are the client’s responsibility

• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

• The environment is unsafe

• There are aggressive pets

• Conditions differ significantly from what was described
